Filter Cap

Filter Caps for Filtration Systems in Industrial Applications

Our filter caps, also known as binocular filters, are designed for high-performance filtration in challenging environments. Typically used in high viscosity melt filtration devices, they are ideal for efficiently removing hardened materials and condensed particles. Constructed from durable stainless steel sintered felt and sintered mesh, these filter caps offer exceptional strength and long-lasting performance. These filters are extensively used in applications such as marine diesel engines, where they effectively filter out contaminants from fuel systems. They are also commonly used in the chemical fiber industry, particularly for filtering spinning dope impurities at the nozzle stage of synthetic fiber production. Additionally, they are used across various other industrial settings requiring precise and reliable filtration, ensuring the highest standards of purity in processed materials.
Filter Caps

Filter caps are designed using single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh, tailored to meet specific filtration requirements. The metal mesh layers and their mesh counts are selected based on the intended application and usage conditions. With excellent concentricity, high pressure resistance, and long-lasting durability, our filter caps are made from high-quality stainless steel materials such as SS304, SS316, SS316L, and brass. These caps are free from burrs and offer a long service life, ensuring reliable filtration performance.
